After an invitation from Associação Médica São Paulo, it emerged in 2015, after work by Santa Casa de São Paulo and Santa Casa de Santos on strategies to contain endemic diseases - the Ebola case. The request for the study came from students associated with the emergency medical care program between Brazil and Angola, and at this moment, the prerogative of developing medical incubators with the aim of the physician to act preventing prevention emerges.
